  • For   your   face-
  • Champagne   has   a  lot  good  properties   that  are  useful  for your   skin  and hair  .It  can  be  used  on  a  cotton   pad   as  a  toner  or  as  a  ingredient   in  a   homemade  mask.
  • Ingredients-
  • 1/4  cup   champagne,4 ounces   of  powered   clay  mask   and  2  tea spoon  of  heavy  cream of  plain  yogurt.-combine  the  champagne   and   the  cream  in  a   bowl   and   slowly  mix  the   clay  mask   a  little  at  a  time. Apply  on  your  face  for 15-20  minutes   and  apply  a  moisturizer    after  for  a  beautiful  looking  skin.

Champagne    can  leave  your  hair    with  extra  sparkle    and  bring  out  the  tone   of  your   dye  or  natural  highlights,  all  you  need    to  do  is     mix  a  half  cup  of  champagne   with  half  cup  of  hot  water    and  rub  it   on  your  hair.Let  it  sit  for   15   minutes   and  then  wash  it  out   as  usual      for  a  saloon  perfect   shine.

For  a  sumptuous    bathing  experience  ,use  a  salt  scrub     before  pouring     a  cup   or  two   of  champagne   in    with  your  bubble   bath  and  enjoy.

In  a   new   study   ,researchers     have  found   that  moderate  exercise   could  halve the   risk  of  dying   from  a  heart  attack    for  someone  in  their    fifties   or  sixties. Just  25 minutes of brisk walking a day can add up to seven years to your life, according to health experts.      A   new study presented at the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Congress suggested that regular exercise can increase life span. A  group of 69 healthy non-smokers, aged between  30 and 60, who did not take regular exercise were tested as part of the study at Saar land University in Germany.
