BE HAPPY -DON'T WORRY .Should be our
goal in life.It is very essential for our physical and
mental health.When we feel happy our mind and body response
positively to every situation we faces at that time .How
this happens?This is due to the fact that happiness
gives us great strength and zeal.,so we becomes ready
to tackle every situation,comes what may.And we say no
problem yarr ,I will do .This is the power happiness gives
us.Now how can we make ourselves happy ?The first thing we
should do is to find happiness in small things in
life,like in a cup of tea,or a sizzling cup of coffee.A
plate of hot pakoras , A samosa ,A burger or any such thing
which is not harmful to health.These things gives us great
pleasure.Then watching a good movie etc.
Our daily interaction with people also
helps us in finding happiness.Meet good people ,if they are
elder give them due respect,if they are at par of your age
friendly behavior , even if they are unknown ,makes the
situation or atmosphere very easy.Remember , every person
demands or wants respect .So friendly attitude full fills
one's this demands and soon ,person in a happy mood ,
support you in every way.
Another thing to gain happiness is
make your thinking positive don't think negatively ,it will
give you a hope .And with the help of hope , you can
enhance your effort and that alone makes the difference in
result.Extra effort will surely gives you success .And
success will gives you happiness.There are many other ways
by which you can make you happy and fills your life with
zeal and enthusiasm .
Always remember ,small things in life gives big results.
