Flying can break the best of you.Stressful turbulence ,cramped conditions and some unruly passengers ,in such conditions it is very difficult to stay looking fresh .
But if you follow some steps you can relax and step off the plane in style.
Hydrate-
Staying hydrate is very important when flying.Drink water before take off and keep yourself topped up on water every so often.
Stretch -
Making sure that your blood flows throughout the flight is an important step to prevent deep vein thrombosis, a painful condition caused by blood clots developed in your veins .Make sure blood is flowing through your veins by keeping yours limbs,fingers and toes moving . and going for a regular walks.
Sleep-
You need to ensure you get enough sleep.Set your body clock to a similar time as the location you're traveling to.Bring anything you need to aid your sleep, such as earplugs or a soft eye mask.
Moisturize-
Bring a hydrating mask or moisturizer to make sure your skin retains its moisture , during the flight .
Snacks-
Bring your own snacks for the flight,before you board grab some healthy snack such as fruit and nuts and juices you need.Some times in-flight meal is not so nutritional or what you want so make sure you have things you know you love and you'll be fine.
Minimum make up
All you need for in- flight make -up is a tinted moisturizer ,a
small water-proof mascara and an eye liner or a eye brow pencil.your make-up
should not be too heavy on your face or smudge all over the seat ,while you're napping.You can always reapply before you arrive.
