If   ever   you   feel    tense ,  just   listen   to    some  music.You'll  experience   a  relief   from   tension .Music  really  do  wonders. .Particularly  Indian   music,  like   old   Hindi  film  songs.Now  how  it    happens?It    is  said  that  all   Ragas   are   created  by  Lord  Shiva .They   are   full   of    human  emotions  ,happiness,zeal
bravery,and  even  sadness  sometimes.So ,  when  we  listen   the  music , the  Ragas   hidden  in  it ,   rose   that    very   emotion  or  the same  emotion  in   our  mind or body  , which  already  exist  in  our selves  but  was  suppress    by  the  tension we    were  facing.
When  the  body   heard  or listen  the  music  those   emotions  surface    up - ,happiness,zeal,love bravery,etc  and kills  the  tension.
or  replaces  the  tension  .Our  body  and  mind  fills  with  these  emotions  and  changes  the  whole scenario  or  atmosphere  of  our  mind  and body.Thus  makes  us   happy or  relieved . .
The   music  has  great  powers .It   fills  our mind  and  body with  high  emotions  and   reduces   the  petty   troubling  feelings.
Another   thing  about good music   is  that  it never  becomes  old ,
It   is  always   fresh   with  emotions .That  is    why   old  Hindi  film  songs  are  still  in  demand  ,even  new  generation listens  them  with  enthusiasm  ,because  they   are  full  of  emotions.The  songs  of Rafi.  Mukesh,  Kishore kumar and  Lata ji.  are  still  in so  much  demand .Emotions  never  become  old , just   like   soul.
Thus   a  good  music   is  a   great  source  of   zeal  and  happiness,
