APPLE THAT FIZZES IN MOUTH


Researchers   has   introduced   a  genetically  modified  apple   ,which   fizz  into  mouth  when   one  takes  a  bite.
The  paradise  sparkling  apple  ,which has  been  dubbed  as  world's  first  "sparkling"  apple.It  has  huge   cells  in  the  flesh  of the  fruit    that  discharge  tingling  juices   just  like  a   fizzy  drink.
It   is  introduced  by  the  firm  Lubera.A  Swiss  firm , which  spent  years   to  perfecting  the fruit.The  production    manager  of  the  firm   Robert  Maeirhofer  said   that  the  fruit   was  different   and  had  "Soft  texture  with  heavy  crunch   and  very  big  cells  that  open  up  in    mouth"something  which  people   had  never eaten  before.
However  ,he  added   that  the  sensation  will  only  experienced   when  the  apple   was  bitten  into  and  not  when  it  s  pressed.
According  to     experts   ,one  of  the   two  varieties   used  to  breed  new  apple   was  called  Resi ,which  was  an  East   German  specimen   known  for  its  sweet   texture
In    its  bid   to  create  a  new    apple  called  Paradis  Sparkling, Swiss  firm   Lubera   mixed Resi  with  the  Piourette    variety    and  after    years   of  trials  and  genetic  modification ,the  new  breed   attain  perfection.  
According   to   Robert    Maeirhofer  production  manager  at  Lubera .It  had a  soft  texture   but  a  heavy  crunch  and  very   big   cells   that   opened  up  in  the  mouth, releasing  a  lot  of   acidity  and  sugar   that  gave  one    a  feeling  of   having  a fizzy  drink.
