Vero is a terrific alternative to Facebook that's worth checking out. This social network is an app-only service, but the app is beautifully designed and easy to use. One of the main appeals of Vero is its chronological timeline which shows all of your feed's posts in order of when they were published.
Vero is a new social media app boasting an ad-free and “more authentic” user experience. The app takes its name form the Italian word for “truth.” The image- and video-focused app is similar to Instagram, drawing the attention of photographers, videographers and social media influencers popular there.

A sleek interface, chronological feeds, and most importantly, the absence of ads. Add that on top of the app currently being completely free and you'll find yourself wondering if you should give it a try yourself. However, Vero's rating on Google Play is currently 3/5, and it's that low for a number of reasons.
Click on the icon on the bottom right to start chatting. The icon only appears on the pages where the chat feature is available, in other words in MyTax and on the Tax.fi pages related to tax cards and the pre-completed income tax return. After you open the chat, you are normally joined by Virtanen the chatbot.
It seems to be just as safe as any other social media app we're all already using. There's always the risk of impersonators and identity thieves, but that's usually outside of an app's control. Because Vero wants to be an ad-free environment, it will eventually charge a subscription fee.
Vero has now become a viable alternative for Facebook users looking elsewhere for their social media fix, considering it puts a huge emphasis on users' privacy and insists on having a platform free of ads.
On a Vero user's profile, click on the Connect button. Pressing the Connect button will send a request to that user. They will need to agree to your request before you can become each other's Connection. After pressing the button, it will change to the Acquaintance handshake icon.
There is no money to make on Vero and as a result, there are far fewer users on Vero than on Instagram. That means far fewer activities that just aim to get more attention. Hashtag abuse is, unfortunately, still a thing on Vero, but to a far, far lesser extent than on Instagram
The app will eventually work on a subscription model, requiring users to pay a few dollars each year.
All user profiles on the
VERO App are public so your username, profile picture (avatar), and bio
are visible to any VERO user. However, you may choose to make any of
your posts on your profile private or public – you control who sees each
posts.
