Scientist    have   recreated  the  original   Santa  Clause  face   ,using  facial  reconstruction   system  and 3D  interactive   technology.
St  Nicholos's  face  has  been  recreated by   a  pair  of  researchers    working  in  the  "Face lab" at  Liverpool's John Mo ores     University's   school  of  art  and  design ,has  proved  that   the  original   Santa Claus   didn't  actually  have   his  white  beard.
Santa Clause  was  a   4th  century  bishop  ,famous  for  secret  gift giving and was known  for  putting  coins  in  the  shoes  of  those  who  left  them out  for  him. ,His  relics  can be  still  found    Bari  Cathedral, in  Italy.,  which  has been a  shrine  since  his    death   in  the  year  343.
Now ,Caroline  Wilkinson  and Mark  Roughly    developed  an  image  of   Nicolas   using  "all  the  skeleton  and  historical  material  available"The    researchers   said   that  the  information    was  fed  into  a   facial  reconstruction     system  and   recreated   using  3D   interactive  technology  The  recreation  also include  Nicholas  severely broken  nose .,giving  him    a  slightly   offset  visage with a  rugged  facial  appearance.
Liverpool   researchers  revealed   real  face of    the  father  Christmas   to  children  at   the  city  primary  school   ,named  after  him.
Children  at  saint  Nicholas primary  School  in  Liverpool  city center  were  the  first    to  see  the  new image- showing   a middle -aged  man  with   a long grey  beard , round  head  and  square  jaw.
St  Nicholas   also  had  a   severely  broken nose,  which  had  healed  asymmetrically    giving  him  a   distinctive  rugged   facial  appearance.
The  face  was  revealed on the eve  of    the feast   day  of saint  Nicholas .
Professor  Wilkinson  said ; "This  is the most realistic  appearance   of  St  Nicholas   based  on all   the skeletal    and  historical  material.
"It  is  thrilling  for us    to  be  able  to  see   the  face  of   this famous  4th  century  bishop.
"It  was  important  to  us  to  involve  the local  children  in  the  reveal  of   latest  depiction  of  the  face  of  St Nicholas   and  I hope  that  they  will  think  of  his  face   every year  on  St  Nicholas's   feast day."
St  Nicholas  was  a  Greek bishop  of Myra ,part  of  modern  day Turkey.

Professor  Wilkinson   said  his  Mediterranean  heritage   explained  why  he had hairs which  turned   grey   as  he age, rather  than  white  beard   he   is  known for.
The  face has  been  created  with up-to-date   anatomical   standards ,Turkish  tissue  depth data ad  CG I  animation.
"A  VERY  HAPPY   CHRISTMAS   ,MERRY   CHRISTMAS  TO   ALL   THE  VIEWERS"
