BE GRATEFUL ,BE HAPPY


Being   grateful     can  help   you  to  keep  your  heart  healthy ,yes   this  is   true.According to  a  new  &n bsp; research  ,published   by   the  American  Psychological   Association ,being  grateful    is  associated  with  better  mood,higher quality  sleep and  less   inflammation  in  patients  with  asymptomatic  heart  failure .
Recognizing    and   giving  thanks  for  the  positive   aspects   of  life  can  result  in   improved  mental   and  physical   health  in  patients   with  asymptomatic   heart  failure .
"We  found  that  more   gratitude   in  these  patients  was  associated  with  better  mood ,better  sleep ,  less  fatigue  and  lower  levels  of  inflammatory   bio markers   related  to  cardiac  health  ,"said   author   Paul  J  mills  ,   professor   of  family  medicine  and  public  health  at  the  University  of   California , San Diego.  
Gratitude  is  a  part  of a wider  out look  on  life  that  involves  appreciating  the   positive  aspects  of   life .It  is  also  commonly   an  aspect  of  spirituality, according to  Mill.
The  study  also  found  that    gratitude  contributed   to  spiritual   well  -being which  was  associated  with    improved  mood  and   better  sleep.   
Mill  and  colleague  examined  the  roll   of   both  spirituality   and   gratitude   on  potential  health  markers   in  a  study   involving   186   men  and  women.    
So , thankfulness   can   increase    optimism ,  strengthen  your  relationship  ,  improve  your immune  system   and  even  offset   the  effect  of   materialism.   
Another   study      published in  the American  Journal   of  Cardiology  found  that   positive  emotions   and   appreciations   are  linked  with   changes   in  heart  rate   variability.The  new  APA  finding     also  saw  heart  rate   variability  changes    in  the  patients    who  had  a  thankful   outlook.
