Your  hands   tells   a  lot  about  you .The  condition  of  your  hands   can  tell  how  much  you  care  for them.It  can  also  indicates  your  age.Photo -proof  hands  means   maintaining  your  hands   and   keep  them  in  healthy   condition.For  this   your  hands   always  need  to  be    protected,moisturized   and  re-hydrated  constantly.
You   can   keep  your  hands  photo  proof  by  following  some  tips.-

  • Wear  washing  -up gloves-
Constantly  immersing  your  hands  in  water  can  dry them  out   and   age  them, so  always  wear  washing  up  gloves   when  doing  the  dishes.
  • Apply  hand  cream  regularly.-
Using  hand  cream   helps  to  moisturize  and  soften   dry  hands  and  strengthen  nails.Always  use  moisturizer  that  contains  vitamin E  and  aloe Vera  as   these  contains  moisturizing  properties.   
  • Use  olive  oil.-
Use  olive  oil  for   skin .Collagen   and   Elastin  begin  to  diminish   over  the  years .It  means   wrinkles  can   start  to  appear  and  skin   begin  to  lose  its elasticity .
To  slow  down  this  process,   massage  your  hands  with  olive oil.It  is  a  great  source  of omega -3 fatty acids.
  • Exfoliate .-
Gently  rub   facial  exfoliate   scrub  on  the  back   of  your  hands,   then  wash  off.The   grainy  texture  of   exfoliate  scrub  will  scrape away  old  dead   skin   cells, and  exfoliating  also  improves   blood  circulation  making  your  hands   looks  fresh.

  • Step  away  from  the  sun.- 
Sun  ages the  skin   dramatically,so  apply  sunscreen   and   don't  spend  hours  and   hours  in  the  sun.
  •   Wash  your   hands  with   warm  /Luke warm  water.
Hot  water  can  dry  out  hands ,so  wash  your  hands  with   lukewarm .

  • Take  care  of  your  nails  too.
Your  nails  needs  a lots  care  too.Always  files  your  nails,apply a  top  coat   on  your  nails and  use  nail  care   cream.

If  you   take  these  tips  you   will   be   able  to  maintain   youthful  hands   for  a  long  time.
