SKIN CARE HABITS YOU SHOULD KNOW FOR GLOWING SKIN

 To   maintain   the  glow  and  shine  of  your  skin  you  need  to   get  into  a  daily  routine  and  pick up  good habits  for  the  skin  you  live  in.

  • Drink  water- 
The   most  important   skincare  habit   is  to  drink  the   enough  water  that  is  8 glasses  of  water  a   day.It  really  has  amazing  effects ,your  skin  becomes  clearer , brighter  and  more  hydrate,  and  it  is   an  inexpensive  way  to  stop  food  carvings.

  • Wear  Suncream -
Sun  cream   is  not  only  for  summer   days.You  should  use  sun cream  everyday  to  protect  against   the  sun  damage  which  you  can't see,preventing  fine lines, wrinkles,  and   sun spots later on .It  also  smells  good.

  • Exfoliate-
Don't  forget  to  exfoliate   to  remove  dead  skin cells  from  your  body   and  face, at  least once  a  week.Use  a gentle  exfoliating  scrub    to  remove  the  top  layer  and  be  left  with  baby soft  skin.It  also  prevent  ,lines  ,wrinkles  and spots.  


  • Eat  Well-
You  have  weakness   from  pizza  to  fizzy  drinks  and  you  should  have   them  when  ever  you  feel  like  it,  but  be  sure  you  eat  a healthy  balance  diet  most  of  the  time  and  also that you  get   your  dose  of  skin - boosting  and  anti-oxidants   and  vitamins  from  the  food  you  eat.Remember  fruits  and  vegetables  are  your   skin's  best   friend.


  • Exercise-
Exercise    is  good  for   your  body  and  mind.It  allows  you to  sweat  out   toxins , increases  blood  flow   and  reduces  stress  which  is  good  for reducing    break -outs.Exercising   and  eating  well   are  perfect   remedies  for  break -outs.

  • Put  Your  Cream  in  the  fridge.-
Moisturizers  and  lotions    feels   so  much  better when  they  are  chilled .Then  eye  creams  are   far  more  effective  in  reducing   puffiness when they  are  placed in  fridge. So  start  putting  your  favorite  creams  in  the  fridge  for  a  few  hours  and  bask  in  the  cooling  effect  of  silky  cold  cream.
You  can  attain  perfect  skin  if   you  develop  daily  habits   and  look  after  it  regularly.The  best  time  to  develop  these  is  in  your  twenties  when  your  skin is  young   and  you   can  correct  any   damage  you  have done.
