A Company in France has developed a new ,smart umbrella that , when paired with a smart phone app,can not only predict the weather but also send you a notification,if you leave it behind .
The name given to it is 'Oombrella'.It is fitted with a capsule having sensors for air pressure,humidity,temperature and light .
This set up allows umbrella to tell whether or not rain in next fifteen minutes,notifying the user via an app.It can also record weather data and can held the camera on top.The capsule also has an integrated buzzer and light so that user can be alerted when they get a call.
The ribs of the umbrella are made of kevlar , a synthetic fiber of high tensile strength.
The company Wezzoo, the device is "really wind resistant" with the capability of withstanding storms, hailstorms and snow storms .The handle has a waterproof ,ergonomic design that makes it easy to hold.
The canopy is made from the "finest shiny material", and is UV resistant.
