• Water-

Don't   ignore  the  importance    of     breakfast  .It  gives  you   a  burst  of  energy   for  rest  of  the  day.Make  sure   you  have  a  breakfast   packed    with  nutrients   and  vital  ingredients  to  give  you  a  spring    in  your  step   for  the  rest  of  the  day

Doing  some  brief   stretches    in  the  morning   will  help   limber  you  up  for   rest  of  the   day
Use  some  apps   like Yoga Studio   to  do  stretches  at  home,it  gets  the  blood    pumping  , improves     your  posture    and  can  banish  many   health   problems.

Take  a  moment   to  think  about  the  day   ahead   of  you    and  focus   on   positives .Think  of all the  little   happiness    ahead  of  you  and  try  to  make  sure  you're   feeling  good  about  this  day.

• Socialize-

It's  nice  to  have  some    chatting  done  in  the  morning .Having  a  giggle   in   the  morning   can  help  you  relax  and   realize  it  is  not  end  of  the  world   if  you   have  a  bad  day.
