HOW TO BE SMART -SETTING GOALS

Setting     goal  that   make   you  smart  is  essential   now  a  days   to  achieve  success .
The    smart  way   to  start  this   is   must  for  you  ,some  of    these  are  -
  • Be   specific  when  you   set  a goal.Specific  goals  are   easily  achieved  than  general  goals. For   example  a  general  goal  will  be  'I  want  to    get   in  shape' a  specific  goal  will  be 'I want  to  be  in  shape  by  joining    the  gym'. The   last  one  is  very  specific   and  also  explain  how  will  you  achieve   it.So  ,make  sure  what  you  have  a  very  clear  and  specific goal.
  • After  setting  the  goal  to  be  achieved  you   must  also  in  position  to  know  how  much  of  it  you  actually   achieved ,that  is  you  could  measure   it   in  real  terms. When  you  are  able   to  measure  your  goal ,  you  can  evaluate   throughout  out  your  journey, stay  on  track  and see  how  your  progress  is  going. So  in this  case  measurable  will  be  ' I  want  to  get in  shape  by  joining gym   and  work   out  three  times  a  week.'You  can  measure  it  by just  looking  if  you  actually   went   three  times  a  week.See  ' how  many'   or ' how  much' .
  • Next  thing    always  set  a  goal  within  your   reach  and  is  achievable   and  once  you  reached  the  goal  build  further  from  that. So  do  dream  big   but  always  keep  your  feet  on  the   ground .Make  sure   every  goal  you  set   is  achievable    for  you  and  within  your  reach.
  • Another  important   thing  is   'Be  realistic'   that  is   you  must  know  your   limits  whether   you  can  make  it   in  real  and  do  you  have  all  resources  to  make  it   happen .A  goal  can  be  high and  realistic  ,you  are   the  only   one   who  can  decide  whether    you  are  willing   and  able   to work  for  it  or  not .In  this  matter  be  honest   with  yourself.
  • At  last   the  most  important   is   deadline  or  the  time. When must the is  goal  achieved?when  is  the  deadline?Don't  say  someday  I will  achieved ,some  day  will  never  come .So  make  sure   you  give   yourself  a  deadline   and keep  the  track  of  your  progress    along  the  way .
