HUMAN RIGHTS

HUMAN  RIGHTS  ARE  THOSE   rights  that  every  human   being   has ,irrespective  of   the  country  he  lives  in  and  the  laws  applicable  there .Human  rights  include  civil   and  political  rights ,such  as  right  life,liberty,and  freedom  of  expression  and  social  and  cultural   rights  .Then  economic  rights  include ,the  right  to food,work, and  receive  education..Human  rights  are   protected   and  upheld  by  international  and  national  laws  and treaties..The  Universal   Declaration   of Human  rights 
(RUHR)  is  the    foundation  of  the International  system  of  protection   for  human   rights.
VIOLATION  OF  HUMAN  RIGHTS.
Human   rights  are  violated  to  a  large  extent  during  wars-  people  are  wounded ,  arrested,tortured  and    killed.But   during  the  times  of peace  ,human  rights   are  violated  ,like  criminals  are  treated  inhumanly,or  political  parties   oppresses  opposition  party's  members  or  some  times  police  arrests   innocent  citizens  for   extorting  money   from  them or  caste  dominated  oppression,
 by   members  of  powerful  caste  on  the  people  of   weak  caste.etc. Amnesty  International  Organization   works  for  ensuring   human  rights  to  those  whose  rights  have   been  violated.It  works  against   torture  all  over  the world.
CHILDREN'S  RIGHTS-Children   also  have   special  rights .It  includes   right  to education, freedom,  secure  family,  good nutrition  and  clean  water.They  also  have  right  to  be  protected  against  neglect,violence, and  hard  labour.
UNICEF,  the   U.N   organization   for  children  ensures  that  the   children's  rights  are  not   violated. It  helps  children  all  over  the  world   to    leads a  better  life  and  provides  funds
  for  this  cause.
